The Road to Awesome Campaign was initiated as a method to visually express Omicron’s vision and the key driving factors that are behind it. The first step was developing the info graphic which involved organizing the information and simplifying it. An internal brand began to evolve from the info graphic.
New internal collateral aligning with the Road to Awesome brand was developed: wall decals, HR forms (PDF fill-able forms),
promotional item tags, internal e-news letters, and even folded z-cards
